  • How Do I Get Started?

    Getting started with geniusOS is a process. First, we'd like to understand your specific requirements.
    One of our account managers will reach out to you in order to discuss your needs and preferences. We aim to have an understanding of your company so that we can tailor the solution to your requirements. Additionally, we'll identify individuals, with the skills who will seamlessly align with your company's work culture.

  • How Does Your Pricing Plan Operate?

    geniusOS has a simple and clear way of deciding how much it costs.
    You need to think about three things:

    • Paying the staff
    • Paying geniusOS
    • Renting the equipment
    When we pay the staff, we don't add any extra money on top. It's just what the staff member earns.
    The geniusOS fee is for a few things:
    • Making sure the staff have a good place to work (with electricity, internet, and a comfortable environment)
    • Providing office and technical help
    • Giving the staff some extra benefits, like being part of a social club, getting support to stay in the company, and even enjoying free food, drinks, and entertainment. They also have medical insurance.
    The equipment rental fee is for getting the right tools for the job. You don't have to spend a lot of money all at once.
    So, with geniusOS, you know exactly what you're paying for, and it's easy to understand.

  • Do My Employees Really Focus On Working For Me?

    Your team exclusively serves you. We provide you with dedicated employees who truly integrate into your organization. We believe that a powerful team and strong connections are vital, for the success of a company. Efficiency stems from understanding the individuals you collaborate with.

  • Do I Have To Stay In A Contract For A Long Time?

    We don't require you to stay for a duration. If you wish to leave you must inform us at least 90 days, in advance. This allows you sufficient time to prepare for your departure and enables us to make arrangements, for your employment.

  • How Can I Get In Touch With My Team?

    Once your employee joins the office nearby we recommend that they use the communication methods, as team members. If necessary both your account manager and our technical team will be available to assist in setting this up.

  • How Does The Job Interview Process Happen?

    Our Account Managers work with you to identify your specific requirements. Recruitment Services will present candidates who meet your criteria and encourage you to interview them.
    When choosing candidates, we look for a number of attributes including skills, experience, attitude, cultural fit, career goals, and passion.
    Once you have selected the appropriate staff, it is just a matter of choosing a start date.

  • What Times Will My Employees Work?

    You can decide when your employees work, like when they start and take breaks. You also choose their days off, like holidays. Usually, employees work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. They take two short 15-minute breaks and have a 1-hour lunch. We follow all the rules about work from the government. If there are extra rules for working at different times, we will pay as needed. If you want your team to work in the afternoon or at night, tell us. We will help you find the right workers.
