What you pay for
Employee direct cost
The staff member's actual salary, benefits, and statutory contributions. No markup — what your employee earns is what you pay for their labor.
geniusOS service fee
Covers recruitment, workspace and utilities, time-tracking and management tooling, technical support, staff benefits, and retention programs.
Managed equipment fee
Workstation hardware and software leasing, maintenance, updates, and technical support — no capital outlay on your side.
