Over the last few weeks, Adobe Systems Incorporated announced several new personalized AI tools and real-time insight innovations. These will be bundled along with the Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Creative Cloud solutions.

The goal is to help improve personalization in online businesses. These will provide better service to their customers. The announcement was made during the Adobe Summit, the world’s largest summit regarding online tools.

Improvements to Their Services

Adobe has recently made multiple advancements in the field of AI, in the effort to improve services. These innovations include unifying customer data, scaling content production, and improving customer engagement. Their Experience Cloud has a massive userbase of 11,000 clients while their ecosystem has 500 partners and 4,500 active members. 

Aside from their already-existing services, Adobe has also added brand management tools. These are to help brands understand generative AI tools. Among their tools is Federated Audience Composition, which aids in data management by linking you with data warehouses. They also have the Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform Collaboration, providing a privacy-safe audience place for discovery and measurement.

One of its newest partners is Microsoft as they recently announced a partnership with Microsoft where they will integrate AI capabilities with their existing applications. Their partnership with other groups such as Havas, IPG, Omnicom, Publicis, Accenture, Deloitte, EY, and IBM could increase the adoption of AI into the mainstream.

These enhancements include Adobe Workfront Planning, an application meant for strategic marketing planning by understanding the plan’s lifecycle, and Adobe Firefly Services which will assist in personalized content creation. They have even updated this application to offer new a structure preference option that allows you to use an existing image as a template whenever you want to make a new variation.

Aside from that, other personalized AI tools introduced are Adobe Experience Manager Assets which will work for asset distribution, Adobe Experience Manager Sites has created an AI-powered that helps you generate personalized marketing assets while Adobe Content Analytics can help you analyze your campaign performance.

Lastly, to help with the journey orchestration, Adobe revealed the Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer. They even created a version of Adobe Journey Optimizer that works for B2B to help with account-specific journey orchestration.
